The strongest release-wide conclusions are documentary and methodological. Government investigation, procurement and unconventional research are source-visible. Persistent visual contacts are source-visible in selected sequences. A common craft type, non-human origin, recovered technology, or working warp/antigravity system is not established by their co-occurrence. The disclosure-forward neutrality gate keeps those hypotheses open where an explicit test could distinguish them. Reproducible ordinary explanations would weaken a given exotic interpretation.
