**Interpretive reconstruction - not source evidence.** This plate visualizes the Release 5 evidence architecture across historical files, radar claims, witness geometry, and modern sensor records. The desk, displays, and assembled materials are invented.
The synthesis is anchored in [D100 - Air Materiel Command Report](/?open=Release_5%2FDOW-UAP-D100_Air-Materiel-Command-Report-on-UFOs_1947-1948.pdf), [D022 - Puerto Rico report](/?open=Release_5%2FCIA-UAP-D022_Unidentified-Flying-Object-Reported-near-Puerto-Rico_1965.pdf), [D101 - Gulf of Oman report](/?open=Release_5%2FDOW-UAP-D101_IIR_Unresolved-UAP-Report-Gulf-of-Oman_2021.pdf), [FBI D024](/?open=Release_5%2FFBI-UAP-D024_FD-302_Airborne-Lights-and-Triangle_2002_2023-2024.pdf), and the representative raw videos [PR136](/?open=Release_5%2FDOD_111887413.mp4), [PR125](/?open=Release_5%2FDOD_111887376.mp4), and [FBI PR007](/?open=Release_5%2FDOD_111887430.mp4). Companion reports below provide the detailed claim trace.
Release 5 strengthens the archive in four ways: it adds early government analytical method, a well-bounded false-report correction, modern official witness-to-rendering packets, and sixteen operational/sensor videos. It does **not** collapse those layers into one phenomenon.
The deepest continuity across Releases 1-5 is institutional and methodological. Government collectors repeatedly receive high-claim observations, separate some conventional cases, preserve an unresolved remainder, and release incomplete records whose missing range, calibration, or chain-of-custody fields prevent physical closure. The strongest recurring observable is not a specific craft. It is a compact or point-like contact whose apparent behavior becomes interpretation-dependent when distance and sensor state are unknown.
